Responsibilities & Context
- Punch the card by entering the factory before the scheduled time by maintaining discipline.
- Attend the workplace on time and understand the work from the Superior Officer.
- After understanding the work from the superior, start the work by cleaning the workplace.
- Material (Yarn) receive, issue and delivery task complete.
- Material received & delivery information sent by email related department.
- Motivation & follow up in yarn store working progress and smooth production support.
- Material receiving report prepare.
- Prepare of daily raw yarn stock report.Good communication build up with production, procurement & various department.
- Daily sewing thread receive, delivery & stock report prepare.
- Follow up daily ledger posting in register.
- Management instruction wise various work.Develop store management system.
- Monthly inventory report prepare.Performing actions at the right time on the basis of Transparency, Liability and Accountability.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness at the end of work.
