Experience

• At least 3 years

Additional Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in Physical Planning of a similar standard and nature.

Responsibilities & Context

• Assist in conducting research and data collection for urban planning projects.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of zoning and land use plans.
• Support senior planners in preparing reports, presentations, and policy recommendations.
• Assist in evaluating and analyzing community needs and proposing planning solutions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and sustainable planning.
• Help maintain accurate records and databases related to planning activities.
• Assist in reviewing development proposals for compliance with zoning regulations.
