Experience:

• 1 – 2 years of experience in software development.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Quick Learner and understand basics of frameworks like Laravel, Code-Ignitor, Ionic, Flutter, ASP.NET, WordPress, Django, etc.
• Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers and IT professionals.
• Identify training needs and support professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Software Development Management:

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance, according to the guidance of the IT Planning and Development Team.

• Ensure software development projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.

Technical Oversight:

• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
• Review and approve software architecture and design to ensure scalability, security, and performance.

Project Management:

• Design multiple software projects simultaneously to fulfill the plan provided by the IT Planning and Development Team.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain best practices for software development and quality assurance.
• Ensure that all software solutions meet high-quality standards and are thoroughly tested before deployment.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into technical requirements.
• Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners as needed.

Innovation and Strategy:

• Contribute to the development of the IT strategy and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in software development processes and practices.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the organization’s software capabilities.
