Designing and implementing new network solutions and improving the efficiency of current networks.
Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including Routers, Firewalls, Load balance, WAF, Switches, etc.
The candidate should be responsible for project implementation and day-to-day support regarding UC projects and networking issues.
Banknotes security features and positioning.
Solving Critical problems and given Solutions on Electromechanical machines.
Responsible for documentation of project handover. Assist with pre-sales and tender submission.
Build good relationships with Clients. Provide better support by innovative Ideas.
Attending Contact Center customers calls physically and virtually and provide basic level supports to resolve mentioned issues.
Quick response and Communicate with the customers in a professional manner to understand their problems and provide proper solutions to these problems.
Raise support tickets to Principals for critical cases and communicate & work with their Engineers till the solution of the problems.
Document step by step installation, configuration and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
Testing new features in the lab environment and doing other tasks assigned by the team leader.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management to achieve organizational goals.
