Responsibilities & Context

Reports To: HR & Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure employee welfare and maintain a positive working environment
• Communicate with workers to understand their needs and concerns
• Support grievance handling and conflict resolution
• Coordinate with HR and compliance teams for employee wellbeing
• Maintain records of welfare activities, leave, and maternity benefits
• Ensure awareness of labor laws, health, hygiene, and safety policies
• Assist during audits and ensure compliance with social standards
