Proven experience as an Interior designer with creative and passion in design.
Experienced in Luxury Residential, Hospitality and Commercial Interior Design.
Proficient in software’s including AutoCAD, 3DS Max, D5, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel/Word etc., Illustrator, PowerPoint, Sketchup.
Strong creative organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Interior Project Coordinator
As an Interior Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include managing interior projects from concept development through execution, ensuring that each project meets the client’s functional, aesthetic, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate interior design projects from initial concept to final execution.
Understand client requirements, design briefs, and project objectives, translating them into practical and aesthetically refined design solutions.
Develop design concepts, layouts, material selections, furniture specifications, and detailed drawings.
Coordinate closely with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, procurement, and execution to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
Prepare and review working drawings, furniture details, material specifications, and site-related documentation.
Communicate design instructions clearly to vendors, contractors, and site teams and ensure proper implementation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, workmanship, and adherence to approved designs.
Identify and resolve design, technical, and execution-related issues independently.
Ensure that projects comply with relevant building regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, technologies, and industry practices.
