Summary

Education

Bachelors or master degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or other related field.

Experience

Additional Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience finance sector
Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
Proficient user of finance software
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
Fluency in spoken and written English and Bengali

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update prices and other changes in the debetsystem.
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Assist with other accounting projects assign by CFO (Chief Finance Officer)
Prepare the guesthouse bill.
Keep records of updated member list.
Keep records of member refundable deposit.
Keep records of member monthly contribution list and check if mutations are needed.
Keep records of outstanding guesthouse bill & communicate with the guest or the guest’s employer ( if it is company payment)
Responsible for the Cashiering function.
Keep records of all cash payments vouchers in the books of accounts & preserve the vouchers for audit purpose.
