  Trading or Export/Import, Shipping, Freight forwarding, Transportation, Port Service, Inventory/Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics Startup

Responsibilities & Context

●looking for potential candidate as Senior Executive

(Operations) for its Freight Forwarding Business.
●The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all

operational aspects related to freight forwarding and drive the

business for maximum utilization of existing facilities.

Major Job Responsibilities of the position are as follows

１．To handle airfreight or sea freight operation, C&F and

Domestic Transportation effectively & efficiently (Export & import)

To ensure operations are aligning with organizational mission.

２．To execute operation as per given SOP. Ensure profitable

growth of the business through operational excellence Error

free documentation.

３．To ensure customer service and satisfaction.

４．To attend customer and agent query timely Cost effective

pricing with carrier and vendors Network development.

５．Sales leaded generation and follow up New customer

implementation and retention Follow up smooth clearing and

delivery of the shipment.

６．To handle DDP, DAP & EXW shipment Achievement of

periodical Sales target Weekly and monthly file closing

Management reporting Other job as assigned by management.
