• Bachelor’s in Architecture from any IAB accredited University.

Experience

• At least 2 years

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate or design & construction industry.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), SketchUp, and other relevant drafting software.
• Skilled in 3D software such as SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and similar tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of building construction, materials, and site conditions.
• Familiarity with Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and other relevant regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Junior Architect to create detailed architectural and Interior designs for our projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting & Design: Prepare accurate and detailed architectural using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Plan & Layout Development: Assist in designing and modifying floor plans, elevations, and sections as per project specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and finalize drawings.
• Site Coordination: Ensure drawings align with site conditions and requirements by coordinating with site teams.
• Revisions & Modifications: Update drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and management.
• Compliance & Standards: Maintain design standards, accuracy, and adherence to building codes and regulations.
• Documentation & Filing: Organize and maintain an up-to-date database of project drawings and related documents.
