• ডিপ্লোমা করে যারা বি এস সি করেছেন, তাদের ডিপ্লোমা সর্বনিম্ন ২০১৮ সাল হতে হবে পাসিং ইয়ার।
• মিনিমান ৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা লাগবেই।

Responsibilities & Context

A.I. & Associates Ltd. is a renowned consultancy firm working all over the country since 1996. Our scope of services includes architectural & structural design, drawing & supervision of residential, commercial, recreational, office buildings etc.

AIA is looking for a young and energetic Junior Architect who can manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently with high quality standard.

Responsibilities:

• Detail Master Plan, Site Plan/Location MAP, Digital Survey·
• Floor Plan with Typical Details; In-depth version of the room layout· Cross Section; (2-dimensional imagery: visible and hidden components, Wall cross-section etc.)
• Elevation with Opening Schedules (Direction of the sun and the wind, indicate the height of the building, detail of the doors and windows with grill etc.)·
• 3D Perspective Drawings all side soft copy with hard copy (printed with good rendering)·
• Landscape drawing and details: (Areas designated for trees, street lights, parks, pools, and everything else or paths, roads, pavements, parking areas, and whatnot etc.) / External aesthetics of the building.·
• Finishing Drawing; (Patterns of the floor, type, and shape of false ceiling, paint colors, plaster, textures, and whatnot etc.)·
• Working Plans or construction plans·
• All type of section drawing·
• Excavation drawing
