Your Profile:

• 1-2 years of business analysis experience with a proven track record.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.
• Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience in testing (UAT, exploratory testing) within a software development environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in documentation, including the ability to create clear and concise business and technical documents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with business analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.

Responsibilities & Context

Your Mission: As a junior business analyst, you will be key in bridging the gap between stakeholders and the development team. Your role will be crucial in gathering requirements, ensuring thorough testing, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and user requirements.
• Participate in testing activities, including UAT and exploratory testing, to ensure the software meets business needs.
• Assist in creating detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and test cases.
• Support the development team by providing clear and actionable insights.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis and testing processes.
