Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize and maintain Odoo modules based on business needs.
• Design, develop and test new features in Odoo ERP.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing Odoo implementations.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Provide technical support and training to end-user.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of development processes and customizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Odoo Development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo framework.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ORM, QWeb, XML, JavaScript and PostgreSQL.
• Experience in Odoo module development, customization and migration.
• Knowledge of Odoo workfows, security rules and access control lists (ACLs).
• Familiarity with restful APIs and wed service for integration.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JazaScript) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualification:

• At least 1 year experience with Odoo Enterprise and Community Editions.
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and DevOps practices.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
