Additional Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills with proven proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media marketing, email marketing)
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Ability to collaborate remotely with international team members
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills
• A portfolio of previous design work must be submitted with your application

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Experience using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)

Job Overview:

As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist at Moves International Education & Migration (Bangladesh), you will assist in executing digital marketing strategies and design campaigns under the guidance of the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in Australia. This role requires a creative individual with strong graphic design abilities and a foundational understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate remotely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager based in Australia to support digital campaigns
• Design marketing materials including social media graphics, banners, digital ads, and email visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Assist with SEO tasks, such as keyword research, content formatting, and on-page optimization
• Create and edit email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and report on key metrics
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing content and platforms
• Assist with marketing tasks related to our education and migration services
