Responsibilities & Context

Join Our Team: Jr. Educational Counselor Position Available at OTL International (A Saimon Group Concern).

Areas of Responsibility

• Multi Destination Bangladesh

Key responsibilities and capabilities

• Grow new student recruitment in Bangladesh through the development and institutional relationships, in line with the agreed sales and marketing strategy.
• Follow the instructions of senior counselors or team leaders to communicate with students via cellphone, WhatsApp, or other social media platforms.
• Regular & timely communicate & coordinate with the prospective universities & their representatives to build strong relationship.
• Increase conversion rates against target through each stage of the recruitment process from initial enquiry to enrolment.
• Develop new and alternative channel strategies where applicable.
• Plan and implement successful recruitment and marketing campaigns in Bangladesh via activities and events (including arranging for senior academic staff to travel in support of these events), stakeholder engagement, and social and digital media campaigns, working closely with the marketing team.
• Provide regular market and sales report on activity to key stakeholders across OTL International.
• Provide market research, feedback and analysis to inform regional sales strategy and the sales and marketing strategy for each brand.
• Rollout and manage the partner & agent remuneration schemes in Bangladesh and the scholarships and bursaries plan, within budget.

Performance Measures

• Achievement of the termly and annual intake targets for new student recruitment of students from Bangladesh, within agreed budgets for sales and marketing activity, agent remuneration and scholarships & bursaries.
• Conversion rates for students applying to the Multi Destination from Bangladesh through educational agents and via direct channels, where relevant.

Office location at Gulshan 1, Dhaka.
