• Monitor network performance and uptime
• Configure network devices i.e. Wifi router, Switch etc.
• Maintain installation and configuration Logs & Records
• Communication with client according the complain
• Assist in regular maintenance of ISP infrastructure
• Maintain daily reports on activities network troubleshoot & customer issues
