Additional Requirements

Program and research experience on CCA/DRR projects, working experience with DPHE, LGIs.
Academic and/or work experience related to the field of social research particularly in Gender responsive activities.
Two years of experience working with DPHE and LGIs is mandatory.Experience designing, implementing, and Supervising community scale Drinking water facilities is mandatory.
Sound knowledge on drinking water supply systems in coastal areas of Bangladesh.
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to work in rural community people.
Ability to work closely with team members as well as independently.
Problem solving ability raised in the field time to time.
Good in operating MS Office, internet, etc.

The Junior Engineer will be responsible primarily for the construction of the Water Facilities of the Project.
She/he will closely work with the O&M Officer, Project Officers, and Ward Facilitators to implement the construction of the CbRWHS of the Project.
