Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 28 years

Must have literacy in computer operation (Especially in MS Office and Various Software).

Outgoing & proactive personality, strong teamwork spirit & good interpersonal communication skills.

Must be a key team player Electrical, Electronics, Computer & Mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Having knowledge on cyber security and awareness.

Willing to work extra time as and when required.

Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.

Having knowledge on Dispute Management & Reconciliation .

Responsibilities & Context

Service Engineer will be recruited for ATM/CRM/Online CDM/Offline CDM/CASH SORTER Support Team, Technology Operations Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation and set-up of ATM/CRM/Online CDM/Offline CDM/CASH SORTER, Problem Identification, Diagnosis, Resolution.
• Provide field service for customers, handle and process customer complaints.
• Preventive Maintenance(PM) of Different Products.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Performing other relevant tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
