Responsibilities & Context
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, Meta Business Manager, YouTube channels, and website assets.
- Schedule, publish, and update digital content according to approved content calendars.
- Monitor advertising campaigns, platform activities, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
- Manage page roles, user access permissions, platform security, digital asset organization and general IT support.
- Prepare performance reports, campaign insights, activity updates, and business trend summaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, media partners, influencers, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Support troubleshooting, creative materials, PR activities, and ensure consistent digital platform performance.
