Additional Requirements

Prepare and submit the maintenance AMC proposal for Conversion, Renewal, and Recovery.
Follow up with customers, negotiate, and conclude the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
Update in SAP software as per the DOA.
Raise invoices according to the terms of the AMC and submit them to customers on time.
Follow up and collect payments on time as per the payment terms to avoid outstanding payments.
Conduct timely reviews of problem areas with the department head and initiate necessary actions.
Communicate any complaints received from customers to the complaints cell promptly.
Periodically update the HOD regarding receivables and the backlog of renewals, taking necessary actions as needed.
Establish effective coordination between the Service Sales Department and other related Departments.
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet, follow up, and generate inquiries with customers to revive maintenance contracts lost to competitors.
Generate inquiry and convert foreign brand elevators to our portfolio in accordance with internal procedures.
