Education

Four(4) years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Technology or Equivalent from any polytechnical Institute.

Experience

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Food (Packaged)

Additional Requirements

To take records of Raw material and instruct the operator accordingly for proper setup of Machines.

To supervise the activities of all the operators and workers under him control.

To run production according to the production plan and to do the needful to achieve the production target in time.

To take steps to reduce wastage maintaining proper quality of product in every step of production.

To keep record of all parameters of production process.

To maintain storage of in-process Raw Materials in proper place and maintain its stock position at the end of the shift.

To implement regular cleaning of machine and production floor.

To take necessary measure to minimize breakdown of machines due to Mechanical or Electrical fault.

To maintain the Production Process and Production Area as per SOP and other documents of FSSC 22000.

To discharge other activities as may be assigned to his from time to time by higher authority.
