Responsibilities & Context
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality patient care throughout the health system.
Develop and maintain high-quality standards for patient care, safety, and service delivery.Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and execute the health system’s strategic plan.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the health system remains competitive and adaptable in the evolving healthcare landscape.
Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage the health system’s budget.
Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
Ensure adherence to all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management and quality assurance programs.Lead the health system’s response to regulatory audits and inspections.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, patients, payers, and community organizations.
