Responsibilities & Context
- Receive shipping documents from factories and check all documents carefully to sent to customers for approval.
- Collect full set of shipping documents from suppliers and issue the Inspection Certificate after checking documents.
- Follow up with suppliers to arrange booking confirmation against export consignments through shipping lines.
- Follow up Courier Company and CNF Company and check their bill on time.
- Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
