Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years

    ISP

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure 24/7 availability to reach BRACNet.
  • Receiving phone calls from clients.
  • Attend every query / complain mail in a timely manner, reply / escalate within minimum possible time.
  • Provide appropriate feedback to clients.
  • Done primary troubleshoot within the scope and escalated when required.
  • Generate a complain ticket which contains all details of client problems and forward it to the concerning department.
  • Regular Update to Clients for an Open Ticket.
  • Proper Closing of Tickets with Resolution.
  • Closely monitoring BRACNet network.
  • Generate tickets, SMS for internal communication and contact vendors (NTTN, IIG, LSPs, Operators etc.).
  • Proactive Monitoring and Fault Detection.
  • Survey call to clients of closed tickets.
  • Following up unresolved issue with internal/external stakeholders until resolved.
  • Attend every mail in timely manner (Internal/External).
  • Attend all complaint channels i.e. WhatsApp, Teams, mail etc. in a timely manner.
  • Provide appropriate feedback of mail in timely manner (Internal/External).
