Education
- Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Technology, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Chemistry
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Group of Companies, Bicycle, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Paper
Additional Requirements
- Age 26 to 32 years
- Basic knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and quality standards.
- Understanding of labeling storage and handling requirements.
- Ability to coordinate with production QC and suppliers.
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, reporting)
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a factory/production environment
Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain and properly store all purchase orders and official documents using Excel sheets.
- Prepare and process all packaging unit movement orders in Oracle software.
- Ensure accurate entry of packaging unit production input data in Oracle software.
- Update and maintain packaging production data in MIS software on a regular basis.
- Prepare daily production, sales, and finished goods stock reports.
- Compile monthly reports on sales, production, consumption, wastage, and inventory status.
- Maintain monthly physical inventory records of raw materials and finished goods.
- Assist in conducting physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and timely submission of reports.
- Support packaging and production-related activities through effective use of Oracle software.
