Responsibilities & Context

Responsible for following the overall quality of the Labels & Tapes department.
Scheduling Quality Controllers work plan for Inline/online/cross checker/ 100% inspection & follow up the reporting system.
Follow up the inline/online/ cross checker/ 100% inspection QC activities & their work process.
Follow up on the daily raised issues/ findings from QA & escalate with the production team to solve those.
Responsible for arranging recheck of QA fail goods.
Investigate & Analyze all internal non-conformities and provide solutions as well.
Generate a Corrective Action Request (CAR) for any non-conformity found in pre-delivery.
Also make sure the CAPA is against the N/C & help to keep the data in the system.
Arranging the Training needs identification of the QA Team.
Preparation of MIS report related to Quality Objectives.
Recommending stopping the Production in case of any Noncompliance reported during production.
Making QA team aware of QMS documents & training the team to maintain their JD.
Retention and timely disposal of records as defined in the Record Matrix.
Ensuring timely closer of Non-Compliances observed & close the CAPA.
Responsible for collecting yellow card from PD & providing Master card Approval of Labels & Tapes.
Responsible for keeping record all yellow cards in system. Also review the master card twice in a year.
If required update the master card accordingly.
Provide daily inspection & Target reports to the manager.
Report to the QA Manager regarding any system failure or implementation issues.
Helping QA manager regarding Internal/External audit preparation & documentation.
Any other assignment given by the Manager.
