Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Law (LLB), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Public Relations, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism
Bar Council Enrollment Certificate (Preferred).
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of legal frameworks, compliance, and regulatory requirements in Bangladesh.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture professional relationships with government officials and agencies.
- Capability to think outside the box and create new methodologies for achieving organizational goals.
- A “never-say-die” attitude, with a proven track record of overcoming challenges.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
- Prior connections with SB, NSI, BIDA, and Immigration Office, local government authority, and local police station are highly desirable.

Responsibilities & Context
- Devise innovative strategies to strengthen relationships with government bodies like SB (Special Branch), NSI (National Security Intelligence), BIDA (Bangladesh Investment Development Authority), and the Immigration Office, Local police station and other Government officials.
- Conduct in-depth research to propose actionable solutions for complex challenges faced by the company.
- Utilize strong critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve organizational issues, creating unique solutions where conventional approaches fail.
- Exhibit resilience and determination to accomplish tasks deemed challenging or impossible by others.
- Foster and maintain robust connections with government officials, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless organizational operations.
- Enhance the company’s reputation through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
- Lead and manage special projects requiring legal or PR expertise.
- Ensure timely and result-driven execution of assigned tasks.
- Assist in drafting legal and compliance-related documents in alignment with company requirements.
