Responsibilities & Context
- Assist the sales team in managing daily sales activities and distribution operations.
- Support in tracking sales orders and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.ยท
- Help monitor and maintain product inventories to meet customer demand without overstocking or understocking.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and updates for management.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product displays, ensuring that they are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Support the merchandising team in planning product assortments and ensuring proper product placement for maximum sales impact.
- Help in the preparation of product catalogs, price lists, and promotional materials.
- Maintain an understanding of market trends and customer preferences to support product recommendations.
- Respond to customer queries, and provide support in resolving issues related to orders or deliveries
