The candidate will take on the responsibility of maintaining sales software and engaging in discussions with colleagues to address sales inquiries, and issues, and propose effective solutions.
They will manage and resolve client complaints and feedback, taking necessary corrective actions.
Providing guided tours of the gym to prospective clients will be a routine duty.
The individual will assist potential clients in understanding the value of gym membership, encouraging them to make informed decisions.
They will extend a warm greeting to customers, engage in customer outreach via phone calls, and actively promote membership benefits.
Supervision of trainers and the provision of guidelines for the effective operation of the gym will be an integral part of their role.
Oversight of gym floors and cleaning staff to ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene will be a key responsibility.
In the event of any emergencies within the gym premises, the candidate will take immediate action, directly or indirectly, to resolve the situation and assist relevant personnel as required.
