Responsibilities & Context

• Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality & troubleshoot technical issues in production.
• Ensure workflow and efficiency through coordinating with Factory Manager.
• Ensure that production targets are met within the specified time frame.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure garments meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance to production teams regarding machinery, tools, and processes.
• Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
