Additional Requirements

• Age 20 to 30 years

• Experience in embassies/consulates, immigration consultancy, or visa processing.
• Strong understanding of visa application processes and embassy formalities.
• Proficient in graphic design with solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Excellent communication, computer, and customer service skills.
• Typing proficiency in both Bangla and English.
• Experience in tourist visa processing is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

• Process and manage all types of visa documentation.
• Assess applicants’ academic backgrounds for visa eligibility.
• Prepare and submit the required documents to embassies.
• Liaise with clients and students via phone, email, text, and in-person meetings.
• Support marketing materials or document formatting using graphic design tools.
• Build and maintain business relationships to support company growth.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the management.
