Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration, or any relevant field.

Experience

    • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Law Firm
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Have knowledge of financial systems and administrative processes.
  • Have experience using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), MS Teams, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities & Context

Finance

  • Assist in maintaining invoice registers, payment vouchers, billing schedules, and other financial records accurately and systematically.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including recording transactions and following up on relevant documentation.
  • Liaise with banks regarding routine documentation, account-related matters, and other banking requirements as assigned.
  • Maintain proper filing, archiving, and confidentiality of financial and administrative records and documents.

Administrative

  • Support administrative operations by maintaining office records and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and handle routine correspondence as required.
  • Monitor office supplies and assist in procurement-related activities to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain and update asset inventory records and other administrative databases.
  • Perform any other finance and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time
