Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

Assist to develop and manage the production schedule to meet delivery timelines;
Assist to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components;
Monitor production capacity and workload distribution;
Plan for workforce and machine requirements based on production schedules;
Serve as a liaison between different departments to streamline operations;
Participate & conduct regular meetings to update teams on planning changes and challenges;
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery and productivity;
Suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency;
Oversee end-to-end production planning and process improvement;
Assist to review customer orders and align production schedules accordingly;
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
