Product arrange for photoshoot & give priority for Facebook post.
Make distribution plan and give distribution priority to central distribution channel.
Provide instructions for display to retail shop follow up and coordinate.
Finding aging, slow moving & cut size products.
From slow-moving Product- as per management decision provide SOS discount offer.
Follow up SOS sale & stock, SOS slow moving stock prepare for mega sale.
