Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BBA preferred).
• Fresh graduates may be considered based on interview performance.

Experience

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies, Dry cell (Battery), Food (Packaged)

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 30 years

• 2-3 years of experience in sales at a supervisory level.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of distributor management and RTM processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of financial transactions and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities & Context

• Collect orders from designated Distributors (DBs) of the company.
• Ensure daily primary sales target achievement.
• Manage payment collection from DBs and ensure timely deposit into the company’s bank account.
• Collect and verify payment documents while taking orders from DBs.
• Cross-check payment records with the bank statement the following day.
• Maintain strong coordination with DBs and internal sales teams for smooth operations.
• Provide regular reports on order collection, payment status, and sales performance.
