Responsibilities & Context

We are a 100% Export-Oriented Renowned Denim Garments Manufacturing Company, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for the post of “Junior Executive-Talent Acquisition“. The incumbent must have the initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Cooperate in determining the candidate selection criteria.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social media platforms and professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, different types of assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details and primary background check.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s primary screening requirements.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to attract potential candidates.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs for each department.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Help in all kinds of Performance assessments and employee relations activities.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the team leader.
