1. Junior Executive – Sales & Marketing Department

Location: Gulshan-1, Dhaka

Vacancy: 01

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell international & domestic tour packages
• Handle air ticket inquiries and booking coordination
• Provide post-sales support and client assistance
• Maintain customer relationships and meet sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel & tourism sales/marketing
• Strong knowledge of tour packages and airline ticketing systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction

2. Junior Executive – Visa Processing Department

Location: Gulshan-1, Dhaka

Vacancy: 01

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end visa processing for clients
• Prepare and verify documents for visa applications
• Track and follow up on application statuses
• Provide consultancy support for visa categories and requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in visa processing

• Mandatory experience in USA visa processing
• Additional experience in visas for Canada, UK, Schengen, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and client handling skills
