Key Responsibilities:

Tracking Commercial Vehicle.
Making Dynamic Reports and Keeping the Records of The Vehicles movements Using VTS System.
Maintaining Vehicle Movement route as Per Company Policy.
Check all the vehicles device status (Running/Under Maintenance) and communicate with the suppliers regarding device related any kinds of problems.
Trip wise Bill checking, preparation and keeping records.

Duties/Responsibilities:

To perform any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.
To monitor internal idle vehicles.
Trip wise bill preparation and keeping records of it.
Daily tracking report, offline report prepares for superior.
Install VTS device on vehicles & solve if problem occurs.
Ensuring authorized route has been taken by company trucks.
Daily Reconciliation with Distribution & accounts department.
Challan copy receiving & storing in an appropriate manner.
Monitoring every vehicle trip & send analyzed report to superiors.
Ensuring KPL wise fuel consumption and preparing report accordingly for superiors.
Monitoring and keeping Records of all accidents and take a necessary step.
Performs other duties as required.
