Assist in the preparation, verification, and processing of cargo documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs), Cargo Manifest, and Customs declarations.
Provide administrative support for cargo operations, including tracking shipments, handling cargo inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely processing.
Address customer queries and concerns regarding cargo shipments, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Maintain accurate records of cargo operations, perform data entry tasks, and generate reports as required to support operational efficiency and compliance.
Ensure that all cargo handling procedures comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with ground handling agents, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo movement and address any operational issues that may arise.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues or discrepancies related to cargo handling and documentation.
Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated with industry practices, regulations, and technological advancements.
