Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Assist with administrative HR tasks, including document preparation and report generation.
• Manage employee attendance and leave records.
• Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain and coordinate in the site as well.
• Any other work given by the management.
