Job Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Marketing Executive to join our team. The Junior Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the Udvash-Unmesh-Uttoron’s program/course plan and distributing promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and posters in strategic locations, including schools, colleges, and public areas.

Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns to introduce our organization & programs to potential students and parents.
Physically visit local schools, and colleges and collect information for follow-up and telemarketing over the phone.
Counseling students and parents for admission
Distribute promotional materials such as leaflets, brochures, and posters in strategic locations like schools, colleges, and public places.
Ensure our branding materials (banners, festoons, posters, etc.) are prominently displayed and well-maintained.
Listen carefully to the inquiries of students and parents and then sincerely try to give a solution or inform the management.
Build and maintain relationships with local schools, colleges, and similar organizations to enhance our organization’s visibility.
Gather feedback from students, parents, and others about their perception of our organization.
Conduct surveys and gather data on competitors, student preferences, and market trends within the local area.
Work closely with the central marketing and events team to align field activities with overall marketing strategies.
Provide regular feedback and suggestions based on field experiences to help improve central planning and execution.
