Additional Requirements

Must have extensive experience of product development, costing, production tracking and execution, handling multiple brands at a time.
Must be knowledgeable of garments construction and costing, specifically fabric type/properties, fabric printing, and surface applications.
Should have excellent understanding of production process.
Should have a passion for product development, an eye for styles/details/pp & other samples.
Must be capable of handling buyers and suppliers independently in tremendous pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
IT proficiency – advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
