Requirements

Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance or Accounting

Educational Requirements:

• MBA/Master’s in Finance or Accounting from reputed university with no third division in academic records.
• Part qualification from ICAB, ICMAB, ACCA, CIMA etc. and advance excel and power point skill will be given preference.

Experience

• At least 1 year

Additional Requirements

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 01 (one) year working experience Banks/leading NBFIs/leading Corporates or MNCs.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

• Very good skill in MS Office.
• Good communication skill in Bangla & English
• Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude

Responsibilities & Context

Position: Junior Officer-MIS, Finance & Accounts Division

Job Grade: Junior Officer

Job Nature: Permanent

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Perform segmental analysis of SME, Retail and Corporate business.
• Perform transfer pricing calculation as per policy of the Bank.
• Perform various analysis of loan, product performance, pricing, provision analysis and etc.
• Perform various analysis of deposits; product performance, pricing and etc.
• Perform analysis of division wise expense and income.
• Prepare various MIS as per requirement of management of the Bank.
• Any other ad-hoc task as and when required.
