Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
Good understanding of composition, font, color, geometry and composition.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategy.
Understanding of website and marketing analytics tools.
Knowledge of content marketing trends, cultural understanding and audience segmentation.

Responsibilities & Context

ONE Bank PLC is looking for a versatile and proactive Digital Branding & Marketing Officer to help Bank effectively and efficiently promote its message across all digital channels. He/she will execute digital marketing contents, campaigns and brand promotional activities through social media and digital platforms.

Plan, develop and execute content strategies aligned with the Bank’s goals, target audience and brand identity.
Create quality contents for OBPLC’s social media handles, website, email and other forms of digital communication.
Manage social media campaigns and digital advertising campaigns.
Prepare reports on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in OBPLC’s marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
