Education

MBA/MBM/Masters/Four Years’ Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputed public or private universities having no 3rd class in academic records.
Obtained any professional degree in Islamic Banking or Islamic Banking Diploma will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 03 years of work experience in GB/Investment desk of Islamic Banking Branch/Sub-branch or Windows of any reputed commercial Islamic bank.
Experience may be relaxed as per management decision for highly competent candidates.

Age Limit

Age not over 35 years as on 05 March, 2025. (Age limit may be relaxed for highly qualified, skilled and business-oriented personnel).

Other Competency

Candidates should be tech-savvy with MS Office operational knowledge.
Candidates should have enthusiasm, self-motivation, entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skill along with high level of integrity to develop career in a highly competitive and challenging environment.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Sound knowledge on Islamic Banking Products, Guidelines on regulatory authority and operational activities.
Candidates who are currently working in Islamic Banking Branches will be given preferences.

Job Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to Islamic banking clients, ensuring their needs are met in accordance with Shariah-compliant products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring effective solutions are provided in a timely manner.
Ensure all banking transactions and activities comply with Islamic banking guidelines, Shariah law, and regulatory requirements.
Actively promote and cross-sell various Islamic banking products.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Islamic banking, financial products, and Shariah principles.
Educate customers about the advantages of Islamic banking and help them make sound financial decisions based on Islamic principles.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
