Responsibilities & Context

Responsible for assist to plan, organize, execute export shipments of the company and follow up & coordinate shipment plan with relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and follow up export documents are made in accordance with sales contract or L/C and submission of payment documents to bank for endorsement & CSC(Corporate) logistics collection from buyer.
To maintain vendor portal like (GTN/SNC/SPL) system booking & invoicing and upload payment documents in ECM/SharePoint & buyer portals & Apply for GRS-TC certificate.
Monitor outdoor operation – Document collection & submission regarding (Prepare invoice & packing list, drafting, approval, Issue, release & surrender of HBL/FCR/AWBL/CO/GSP)
To communicate & follow guideline with internal stakeholders and correspondence with LSPs regarding export documentation issue.
Any other task assign by management

Skills & Expertise

Customs Bond rules and regulations etc.

Export/ Import through L/C

Foreign Exchange

Must be Skilled in MS office applications
