Requirements

Education

Graduation in any Subject/Discipline with at least 01 (One) first class/division/equivalent and no third Class/Division/equivalent result in any level

• Excellent communication skills in both Bengali & English

For one of the leading First-Generation private banks having wide branch network all over the country, we are immediately looking for fresh, smart, energetic, self-motivated and hardworking individuals to fulfill the growing need at entry level on full time basis under Direct employment with the Bank.

Functional Job Role / Nature: Junior Officer (On Probation)

Compensation & Other Benefits

Service Condition and Salary:

• After successful completion of one year probation period s/he will be absorbed as confirmed employee to respective job grade in the Bank
• Monthly salary during probationary period is Tk.32,000/- as per policy of the Bank. After confirmation monthly salary will be Tk.39,000/-.
• The successful candidate will have to execute an undertaking to the effect that s/he will serve the Bank for at least 05 (five) years from the date of confirmation
• All other relevant terms and conditions will also be applicable as per Policy of the Bank
