• Standard Computer Skills (MS Word , Excel, Internet Browsing, Data entry etc.).

Responsibilities & Context

• Checking Air Ticket Schedule for local and foreign.

• Taking Quotation from Travel Agents.

• Prepare Comparative Statement and approval from Dept. Head.

• Await VISA approval before purchasing E-Ticket.

• Issue E-Ticket after VISA approval.

• Preparation for VISA Processing.

• Keeping record of E-Ticket with travel agency name.

• Keeping record of crew change in foreign port to be recorded on SPD data Base.

• Ticket bill preparation and submit for bill payment weekly basis.

• Time to time other related job to be carried out as per instruction of superior.
