- Masters

Responsibilities & Context
A 100% Export-Oriented Japanese Manufacturing Company

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit daily production reports.
- Maintain and report daily & monthly production and inventory stock records.
- Assist in the preparation of commercial invoices.
- Report production progress to management.
- Support production planning and scheduling activities.
- Prepare production schedules ensuring efficient utilization of raw materials and sub-materials.
- Monitor achievement of production targets.
- Ensure quality control of products.
- Oversee worker safety within the production floor.
- Maintain effective cooperation with production staff.
- Coordinate with the factory supply chain to track raw materials and sales orders.
- Assist in maintaining factory compliance and readiness for audits/visits.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
