Zicore Technology is an IP-centric safety security & customized IT solution-provider that has been playing a leading role since 2014 with its advanced infrastructure in Bangladesh. We are seeking a bright and motivated individual to fill the position of Assistant/Deputy Manager (Automation Sales).

Job Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating contact & Regularly following up to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline·
  • Interpreting customer requirements, promoting technical solutions to potential clients, providing sales support, and solving client problems
  • Swiftly address client concerns and obstacles, fostering trust and loyalty through effective resolution.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, both internally and with clients.
  • Skillfully navigate negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that uphold company interests and standards.
  • Navigate diverse customer needs with precision and clarity, ensuring tailored solutions.
  • Conduct research on competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Proactively explore untapped markets and opportunities, expanding the company’s client base through strategic outreach and engagement·
  • Preparing and delivering product presentations & helping in creating sales proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Precision and accuracy define the creation of client quotations, reflecting competitive yet sustainable pricing.
  • Delve into financial metrics to uncover insights, guiding strategic decisions for optimized performance and profitability.
  • Provide crucial assistance to the sales team, enhancing their effectiveness and success in achieving targets.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills to analyze costs and sales, calculate client quotations, negotiate tender and contract terms, and actively search for new clients.
  • Articulate the value and benefits of our technical offerings, captivating potential client’s interest and trust.
  • Participate in sales training programs to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure regular client visit and correspondences to achieve set of KPI targets.
  • Prepare & execute detailed sales plan for assigned sales target·
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activities, achievements, and pipeline status.
  • Follow up and maintain good communication with the departments to get updates on the development progress and to finish the project in due time
