Responsibilities & Context
Ahsan Technologies Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing information systems by studying operations, designing, developing, and installing software solutions, and supporting our software team. This role requires excellent prioritization, clear communication, a consistent track record of delivery, and top-notch software engineering skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, quality-focused, and customer-oriented. You must be capable of handling multiple aspects of the project and managing various responsibilities simultaneously. We value strong analytical capabilities and innovative problem-solving skills, and we offer an environment that supports career growth in a fast-paced setting.
- Design, code, test, and implement software according to design specifications, following standard coding practices.
- Write advanced programming code.
- Review Pull Requests (PRs) and Change Requests (CRs) from teammates.
- Possess a solid understanding of basic programming, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and React.js is advantageous.
- Manage project timelines and tasks effectively.
- Analyze requirements and understand deliverables.
- Develop software solutions by creating documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Participate in code and design reviews, contributing to current software development projects.
- Explore new technologies and ideas to enhance project value.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Conduct feasibility studies for software system upgrades.
- Maintain confidentiality to protect operations.
- Experience in deploying large-scale web services is a plus.
